Design is a sensory experience that engages our visual, tactile, auditory, and emotional senses, creating a holistic impression of the product or space.
Hey there! It's great to meet you! My name is Mingzhen Li, and you can call me Leah.

As a detail-oriented jewelry designer passionate about emerging concepts and trends, I have turned my focus to UX design with 3D design experience in digital media. As an inquisitive person with a strong aesthetic sense, I constantly explore the interconnections between things to see how I can improve them. I prioritize empathy, seeking to understand the intended audience, the purpose behind the design, and the problem we are trying to solve when working on projects. To achieve my goals, my UX design approach involves studying the target audience's requirements and designing a product that meets their needs.
My UX journey started with my second Master's at Harrisburg University. I have continued my education by completing the Google UX Design professional certification and participating in LinkedIn Foundation and design classes. I strive to learn more daily by reading daily UX articles, listening to podcasts, and engaging with other designers through coffee talks. I also participated in BCG and BP's digital design and UX virtual program held by the Forage.
During my first Master's degree at Temple University, I majored in Metals/Jewelry/CAD-CAM and used Rhino 3D to design and render jewelry. This experience gave me an excellent foundation for using software and quickly adapting to new design tools. I am passionate about developing meaningful and exciting products, solving problems, and creating artifacts that delight others. As a UX designer, I love to help businesses complete their mission efficiently by creating products that deliver an enjoyable experience to their users.
